I found this video to be very helpful in explaining Web 2.0 I am going into this project with much trepidation, but with the help of fellow librarians I should make it through relatively unscathed!
I think you are to be congratulated for jumping in and being willing to explore. Congratulations!
The help and support of fellow staff is so important. Vital to our success, really, in so many areas...not just this Web 2.0 assignment. We have so many tools available: reference books, databases, internet, phone -- but the most important resource is each other.
To the extent that these Web 2.0 tools make it easier for us to help one another, I think they're going to be a great help for us all.
